Atcore Systems Expands Executive Team with New Chief Technical Officer: Steve Kasinetz hired to grow and enhance firm’s SugarCRM solutions ATLANTA (June 21, 2010) —Atcore Systems, the leading provider of SugarCRM training and consulting in the Southeast, has hired Steve “Kaz” Kasinetz as Chief Technical Officer (CTO). Kasinetz will be responsible for managing the firm’s consulting practice and resources; he will also be tasked with expanding the solutions Atcore Systems supports in relation to SugarCRM.

“Kaz brings executive-level leadership and SugarCRM experience that few can compete with,” says Josh Sweeney, founder of Atcore Systems. “His experience with CRM solutions, call centers, reporting and sales metrics will help to continue positioning Atcore Systems as the premier SugarCRM consulting company.” Kasinetz comes to Atcore Systems from the corporate office of SugarCRM where he held the title of VP of Worldwide Sales Engineering. His many accomplishments at SugarCRM include facilitating the company’s doubled revenue year-over-year, contributing one-third of the revenue as an individual contributor and , creating a comprehensive sales force training program that resulted in a 100% sales increase, key customer wins in the US, Europe, and Asia in theTelecommunications and Financial Services verticals. Prior to SugarCRM, Kaz served at the Eastern US Sales Consulting Director at Ephipany. Kaz spent over 5 years at Siebel Systems helping some of the largest companies in the world attract, retain, and covert customers and prospects.

Starting as CTO on June 21, 2010, Kasinetz will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction through implementation of efficient, timely and structured solutions. Kasinetz holds an MBA in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and a Computer Science & Mathematics BS from Penn State University. He resides in Atlanta, GA.
