Crystal Sweeney, Director of HR and Accounting
Crystal Sweeney is a seasoned finance professional with over 10 years of financial and operational management experience. As the Director of HR and Accounting at Atcore Systems, she is well versed in creating and managing business processes, understanding complex accounting systems and providing end-to-end solutions to address both internal and external needs. Crystal provides leadership and direction for all financial matters for the company including: finance, accounting, payroll, benefits and screenings.
One of her career's most notable projects includes the coordination, management, roll out, implementation, and system wide training of staff for a multi-branch accounting system conversion for a large Atlanta based-bank.
Crystal posses strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills with a commitment to excellence and high standards. She is a hands-on leader, self-starter and team player who enjoys working in the fast-paced environment at Atcore Systems.
Sweeney's passion is music and has been heavily involved in music programs since her childhood. Her greatest love is her family and the time she spends with them.
