Josh Sweeney serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder of Atcore Systems, a SugarCRM consulting company that delivers strategic and customized consulting, development and education services to clients who wish to grow their sales and prosperity.
An industry-recognized and knowledgeable expert in CRM business software, Josh Sweeney specializes in the education, implementation and training of consultants in CRM systems, marketing automation tools and data integration. Atcore Systems is focused on assisting other consultants and consulting companies maximize revenue and increase net profit through expanded CRM solutions and service augmentation.
While Sweeney is an industry expert regarding CRM business processes and technology, he is an avid believer in continually learning and stays engulfed in current CRM trends. Josh is a dynamic presenter and his free time is spent serving as the key note speaker at many professional organizations and industry conferences nationally, in addition to authoring a weekly blog and a variety of articles and reviews on CRM implementation and best practices. Most recently, he presented at SugarCON 2010, SugarCRM's annual conference in which he presented the following topic: Real World Social CRM Use Cases.
Prior to founding Atcore Systems in 2006, Sweeney gained extensive professional and industry experience as an Enterprise Sales Engineering specialist with SugarCRM. In this role, he developed and presented customized presentations and demonstrations for enterprise and small to medium-sized businesses.
He has also held positions as a security analyst at Internet Security Systems where he managed customer IPS, IDS, Firewalls, and VPNs and as a lead QA engineer at SPI Dynamics/HP testing the core of their web app security scanning products. Josh specializes in SugarCRM and application security.
