Milos Miric, Senior Consultant
Milos Miric joined the Atcore Systems team in 2011, serving as the Senior Consultant and bringing with him over 7 years of experience and expertise in CRM solutions and international business. With primary responsibility for working directly with Atcore customers to build and customize a SugarCRM product that accurately reflects the needs of their business operations, he also handles the SugarChimp Module, which is integration between SugarCRM and MailChimp service.
With an educational background in Information Systems Engineering, his thesis was developed around the use of SugarCRM in modern businesses. This foundation provided Miric with the knowledge necessary to begin working hands-on with CRM solutions and client customization. Before joining Atcore, Miric worked for a SugarCRM partner company as a CRM Consultant and Engineer. The experience gained during his time there included building prototype systems, business process analyses as well as customizing SugarCRM for various business needs. In turn, this has made him an invaluable asset to the Atcore team, not to mention a continued leader in the SugarCRM community.
Milos shines with his passion and ability to work with clients, understand the various needs their business may have and then to provide various customized and integrated solutions. Making his home in Belgrade, Serbia, Miric in enrolled in a post-graduate degree program at the University Metropolitan in Serbia and enjoys music, blogging and camping in his free time.
