Iterative Consulting
We use a proven process for managing projects and deploying with success called Agile Software Development (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agile_software_development). By adding industry specific best practices, code management and project management tools we have built the Atcore Agile process. With our process customers see results in the first day.
The Agile process as well as the Atcore Agile process is built on iterations. An iteration is 10 – 20 “points” of stories/functionality. Each iteration lasts roughly 1 week and has a dedicated consultant. At any time you can change, alter, accept, reorder or rejects stories. The customer has control of the priority list and can add or remove features as needed to launch on time and on budget.
What am I buying in an Iteration?
In short, you are buying agreed upon weekly results that are managed in a way that welcomes change.
